Having two rambunctious, all out boys who love cars, trucks, shooting men, super heroes, getting dirty, clashing their toys together to make that crashing sound, I was certain they‘d love the Monster Jam! A friend bought us some tickets to go to Monster Jam and while there got passes to the Pit Party prior to the Monster Jam on Saturday afternoon. We get some lunch before going so they won't ask for food there, and it worked. We were able to walk around and get close to the trucks and meet the drivers if we wanted, and take pics. They were more enthralled with the balloon guy who could make them a "gun" with balloons. We had been standing in line at least 20 minutes waiting patiently for our turn. They came and cut the line off right in front of the guy and his son that was standing in front of us. But, it was just to move him to another location, so they could clear the floor to get ready for the show. Here's what the balloon guy made the boys...

After about 30-45 minutes of watching the trucks jump and crash, they were ready to go. Maybe it was because we had already been there for 2 hours. Maybe it was because they were just ready to go to Uncle Andy's house, which we ended up doing and they loads of fun jumping on their new trampoline with their cousins. I'm glad we got to experience this event. Next we will try to the rodeo (wink JMom).
