Giddity Up Cowboys

It was a gorgeous day today. Perfect temp at 78 degrees, sunny (even got a slight sunburn on my neck and arms). The boys went to their first ever Rodeo and really enjoyed watching the cowboys riding the bucking broncos and the bulls, and getting thrown off! They were very inquisitive, asking what the different animals were... bulls, bucking broncos, steers... Caleb wanted to swing the rope around and rope the steers like the cowboys did. He said maybe when he gets big he can do that. The boys just had to take a picture in Nathan's cowboy hat.

We were on the opposite side of the coliseum from Shannon and her crew, but we ended up joining them since there were empty seats next to them... it's much more fun with a group of people.

We went to the Western Festival before the Rodeo, which I think they enjoyed more than the Rodeo itself. Bungee Jumping... oh yeah that's right up Coby's alley!
