America, what will we miss?

If you are not aware by now, Casting Crowns is one of my favorite groups. At the concert in Birmingham a couple of weeks ago, Mark (lead singer) gave the story behind their song "While You Were Sleeping". It's a twist on "O Little Town of Bethlehem" because he finally understood what the song was saying. It's a song that's basically telling American to wake up before we go down in history as a nation that missed Christ's return because we are so caught up in the worldly things. It is a call to the church to wake up and pray. Bethlehem missed the one and only Savior and if America is not careful, we will too!
